The Webmartial Shop is considered the exporter. Our products are designed, manufactured and shipped directly from China, the heart of its traditional craftsmanship. They comply with the laws and regulations in force in China. Webmartial ensures compliance with the regulations applicable to the export of its products.
For shipments where import fees are not included, the customer is considered the importer and is responsible for any import formalities and charges applicable in their country.

Countries Without Import Fees Included
Although the prices in our Hong Kong-based store are displayed excluding taxes, VAT and any applicable handling fees may be charged by customs authorities or the carrier. We are unable to predict whether these charges will apply or their amount. Please contact your country's customs office for more information. If your parcel is charged import fees, please contact us to let us know.

Compensation for Import Fees Paid by the Customer
If your shipment is not eligible for import fees included (due to the shipping method selected or your country's import regulations), and you are required to pay import fees upon delivery, we may, as a commercial gesture, offer compensation in the form of a promotional code.
To receive this compensation, simply contact us and provide proof of payment of the import fees (invoice or receipt issued by the carrier or customs authorities).
The following conditions apply:
- Proof of payment of the import fees must be provided.
- Compensation is granted in the form of a promotional code valid on a future order.
- The promotional code is valid for 3 years from its date of issue.
- The compensation amount is capped at the VAT amount applicable in the destination country.
