Monetary display
Prices can be displayed in the currency of your country with the dropdown list at the top of the page (bottom of the page on smartphone or tablet, depending on the size of your screen). When switching to the payment page, the total amount of your purchase is automatically converted into Hong-Kong dollars (HKD). Payment is then made in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). The exchange rates may fluctuate slightly, and they are automatically updated regularly.
Currency of payment
Our company is based in Hong Kong, our prices are based on the Hong Kong dollar, and displayed in the currency of your choice (U.S. dollar, euro, Canadian dollar,...).
When you pay your order, the amount shown in your currency is automatically converted into Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Payment is then made in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). You should therefore know that foreign exchange fees applies. These fees are approximately 1 to 2.5% via bank card payment (Stripe), depending on your bank, and about 2 to 3% via PayPal, on the total amount of your order. We recommend payment by bank card via Stripe, which allows you to benefit of a lower exchange fee (depending on your bank).
Prices are displayed on the shop in your currency, depending on exchange rate between your currency and Hong Kong dollar. This system can also be beneficial for you, because, if the currency of your country rises, you pay less! With this system, we do not need to put up a safety margin to protect us from currencies fluctuations. So you pay the real prices of the products, adapted to the Chinese market.

Accepted methods of payment
- Bank card payment (via Stripe):
Stripe allows you to pay directly with your bank card, from the order confirmation page of our website, without leaving our website. It is a very fast, convenient and 100% secured payment method. Bank card payments via Stripe are made in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). We recommend this method of payment, which allows you to benefit of a lower exchange fee (about 1 to 2.5%, depending on your bank).
Stripe is a 100% secured technology that allows you to transmit your bank card data directly from the order confirmation page on our website to your bank. Your banking information is transmitted encrypted (https protocol visible in your address bar). Stripe is labeled 'PCI lvl 1 compliant', the highest level of banking security to date.
We never know or store your bank card details.
- PayPal payment / Bank card payment via PayPal:
Pay with your Paypal account or with your bank card directly by giving your email to PayPal. When you are redirected to the payment page, paypal also gives you the option to pay directly by bank card. During the payment step via PayPal, the total amount of your order is automatically converted to Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Payment is then made in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
PayPal helps protect your bank card information with the best systems on the market for security and fraud prevention. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never communicated to the merchant. It's free to have a PayPal account, and it allows you to benefit from the PayPal protection on your purchases.
- International Bank Transfer:
You can select this method only if the purchase amount reaches a minimum of 500 USD. From this amount, the bank fees become advantageous compared to the bank card payment or PayPal fees.
Please transfer the order amount in US dollars, Euro or Hong-Kong dollar to the account indicated after ordering. Do not forget to add your order number in the subject field of your bank transfer. You can find this number in the order confirmation we sent you by email. The customer must pay all bank charges (your bank charge + destination bank charge), for the transfer. For a transfer of 500 USD, the fee is about 15 to 35 USD (depending on your bank). If you make the bank transfer in your local currency (USD or Euro only), you do not have to pay any foreign exchange fees.
