On the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by the seller to the consumer ("the buyer"). However, the general conditions of sale applicable to the order placed by a buyer on the online shop of Webmartial are those accepted by the buyer at the time of placing order.

Article 3 - Price
Our company is in Hong Kong, our prices are based on Hong Kong dollar. Prices can be displayed in the currency of your country with the dropdown list at the top of the page (bottom of the page on smartphone or tablet, depending on the size of your screen). At the payment step, the amount of your total purchase is automatically converted to Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Exchange rates, which may fluctuate slightly, are updated regularly.
The prices of products on line on the Webmartial Shop, indicated are those in effect at the time of registration of the order by the buyer. It does not include shipping charges, charged in addition to the price of products purchased depending on the amount of the order. Shipping costs will be indicated before the buyer registers the order.
Article 4 - Characteristics and availability of products
The buyer may, prior to his order, take notice, on the Site, of the essential characteristics of the product (s) he/she wishes to order.
The offers presented by the Webmartial Shop are valid within the limit of available stocks. For products not stored in its warehouses, the offers presented by the webmartial shop are valid subject to their availability.
The Webmartial Shop may modify the assortment of products offered for sale on its website, depending in particular on the constraints linked to its suppliers, without prejudice to orders placed by the buyer. In the event that a supplier modifies a product, the graphic representation can not engage the liability of the seller or even affect the validity of the sale. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the Webmartial Shop will inform the buyer as soon as possible. By default, the Webmartial Shop will provide you a quality product with an equivalent price. The purchaser may also choose to be reimbursed without delay and at the latest within 30 days of the payment of the sums paid by buyer.

However, the buyer can cancel his order within one hour of his validation by sending an email to the customer service of the Webmartial Shop.

8.1 Delivery Condition
Purchase invoices are sent by e-mail indicated by the buyer when registering on the Webmartial Shop.

8.2 Delivery Time
Delivery time, in accordance with the conditions described in Article 5, after receiving the order confirmation:
- Standard: Less than or equal to 15 open days.
- Depending on the shipping method chosen, in case of customs control, or in exceptional cases, the standard delivery time may be exceeded.
Article 9 - Customs Duties and Legislation
The Webmartial Shop offers very competitive prices. All our prices are displayed exclusive of taxes. Even if customs fees (VAT, various taxes, processing fees) are requested, our price still remain advantageous. However, since the deliver charges a handling fee when the package is taxed, we recommend that you choose a post mail delivery for low value orders. For this method of delivery, the risk of taxation is lower, and the post does not apply any administrative fees.
Exporter and Importer
The Webmartial Shop is considered as the exporter, all our products are marketed in China Mainland. In fact, these products comply with the law in China. The Webmartial Shop respect and complies with local laws and legislation to sell products abroad.The customer is considered to be an importer. Some national laws limit the importation of products. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products he plans to order.
Customs Fees & Taxes
Our shop is based in Hong Kong, we sell duty free. But the VAT can be requested by the customs of your country, and in this case, it is paid by the customer. This happens some times on some shipments. We have no way of forecasting or controlling these taxes. We can not predict either their application or their amount. Please contact the customs office of your country for more information. If your package is taxed by the customs, please contact us to let us know.
In practice, if your package is controlled, VAT and processing fees will be applied by the transporter and will be claimed upon delivery. If your parcel is not controlled, you escape the tax.
